Your resume is not content. It's your career.

Roastly collects the resume PDF or text you submit, your checkout email, purchase and order references, and the feedback or rewrite we generate. We use this only to provide your paid Resume Roast or ATS Resume Rewrite, deliver it to you, prevent duplicate processing, and support you if something breaks.

Payments happen on the platform-hosted checkout page. We do not run a card form or store card details. Resume files and pasted content are kept in private, non-public storage; we do not sell your resume data.

We automatically delete private PDFs, pasted source text, and extracted text after 30 days. The generated result remains available through its private link until that source-content cleanup, unless you ask for earlier deletion. We retain only the minimum non-content payment and processing audit information needed to document a completed purchase and deletion request.

Want it gone earlier? Email team@roastly-6zb.madethis.app with the subject “Delete my data,” using the same email used at checkout. Include your order reference if you have it. After we match the request to the order, we remove the private PDF, pasted source, extracted text, generated roast or rewrite, and private results token, then keep only a minimal deletion/payment audit record.

Please do not include sensitive information that is not needed for a job application, such as government ID numbers, financial account details, passwords, or medical information. No system can promise removal from payment records or backups outside our direct control, so we do not make that promise.
